2. What VitaMotions provides

VitaMotions helps teams review workplace movement through structured video assessment, AI-assisted analysis, and shareable reporting. Features may change as we improve the product, and some capabilities may only be available under a commercial agreement.

3. Accounts and access

Platform access is provided through authenticated accounts. You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Do not share credentials with people who are not authorised to use the platform.
• Do not attempt to bypass permissions, rate limits, or security controls.
• Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

4. Movement recordings and assessment data

Customers may upload or capture movement videos and related assessment information in the platform. The customer organisation is responsible for obtaining any consent, notice, or legal basis required before recording individuals and for deciding how assessment outputs are used in the workplace.

VitaMotions processes this information to deliver the service described in the customer agreement, including storage, analysis, reporting, and support.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform. For example, you must not:

• upload unlawful, misleading, or harmful content;
• use the service to harass, discriminate against, or unfairly penalise individuals;
• probe, scan, or test the platform without written permission;
• copy, resell, or reverse engineer the software except where the law allows;
• use platform outputs to train external AI or machine-learning models without our consent.

6. Intellectual property

VitaMotions owns the platform, its interfaces, methodologies, branding, documentation, and underlying technology. Customers retain ownership of the content they submit, while granting VitaMotions the rights needed to host, process, and display that content for service delivery.

7. AI-assisted insights

Assessment outputs may be generated with automated and AI-assisted tools. These outputs are intended to support professional review, not replace it. You should apply appropriate judgement before making employment, health, safety, or operational decisions.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled on the website and in the platform. Please review it alongside these terms.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the platform reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, or events outside our control may affect availability. We may modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, if use creates risk to the platform or others, or where required by law or contract. Customers may stop using the service in line with their agreement with us.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
